Women's Basketball Earns Huge Win Over Miami Middletown Sunday Afternoon

(Solon, Ohio) – The B&SC (OH) women's basketball team picked up a huge win Sunday afternoon against the Miami Middletown Thunderhawks, 55-53 in overtime. The Bobcats thwarted off several Thunderhawk comeback attempts and earned their first win over Middletown. This pushes the Bobcats overall record to 7-12.

Notables

• Mia Richardson & Ryann Greenfield led the team with 18 points each. Mia has 16 games in double figures with a season high of 33 points against Villa Maria. Ryann has 18 games in double figures with a season high of 31 points against PSU Beaver.
• Asia McAuliffe scored 10 points off the bench. Asia has scored in double digits in 3 out of 5 games played since joining us in January. Game high was 20 points against PSU Scranton.
• Mia Richardson also grabbed 13 rebounds to secure the double-double. Her most since her season high 17 rebounds twice against Villa Maria & PSU Beaver.
• Ryann Greenfield also led the team with 3 assists. Her season high is 13 assists against Villa Maria.
• Mia Richardson led the Bobcats defensively with 3 steals & 1 block.
• B&SC (OH) shot 84.2% from the free throw line (16-19).
