Why do you run?
To stay in shape. Just started running track last year. Looking at all the sports I played in high school, it was a better fit for me to run track. Focused on the thing that was gonna get me to school. Some schools were interested in having me walk on. Started getting more looks for track.

What has the last year been like?
Its been getting better. My times are better. Coach Kerr gave us college workouts to perform. Did more work in the weight room, helped with finishing. Coming into this season I turned into the one to look for or worry about. It wasn't always that way.

How do you feel about the upcoming season?
Excited. Proving my time. Getting better.

Why did you come to BSC?
Being recruited by coach Kerr. 

Advice for kids looking to play sports in college?
Keep your grades up. Stay in school. Don't let anybody get you down. Used to be childish in middle school. Coaches motivated me to take things seriously. Learned not to skip practice.
