The Tri-C Women's Basketball team showed some rust as they hosted the Bryant and Stratton Bobcats, Wednesday evening at the Metro Gymnasium. This was the Tops first game since semester break and the Tops fell to the Bobcats 59-52.
The highlight for the team was the performance of Tori Smith as she led all scorers with 27 points and also had a monster day on the glass with 17 rebounds. Dariah Kirksey was also in double figures with 11 points and chipped in 6 boards.
The team falls to 8-6 overall and 0-3 in OCCAC play. They will travel to Edison State this Saturday for another OCCAC game starting at 3 pm and can be watched live on Edison State Athletics - YouTube
