Antonio Coleman Named Head Track Coach
Performance Guru to Lead Track Program
Solon, Ohio (May 27, 2020) – Eric Lahetta, director of athletics at Bryant & Stratton College - Ohio has announced the hiring of Antonio Coleman as the new women's and men's track head coach.
Prior to being brought on to lead the Bobcats track program, Coleman has been the head boys and girls track coach at Warrensville Heights High School. Antonio coached track at Garfield Heights from 2009-2011. He has also coached at Twinsburg high school during 2000-2008

He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and success to the table and truly cares about the development of the student-athlete as a whole" said Lahetta, "We have some very talent student-athletes returning and I can't wait to see how Coach Coleman builds a team culture within the track & field program".
Coleman has produced great results at all his coaching stops including, breaking 16 school records at Twinsburg High School. He qualified 56 Sprinters and hurdlers at the indoor and outdoor Ohio State Track and Field Championships. Additional accomplishments include coaching qualifiers in the Midwest Meet Of Champions Hurdle, 400m and 4×400. In his first year as Head coach at Garfield High School, he created a successful track program breaking 9 school and 7 conference records and in his second year the girls qualified to the state championship in the 4×200 and 4×100 relays for the first time in school history.
Currently the owner of Game Speed Performance Academy, Coleman has extensive knowledge about the anatomy and physiology of athletes. He has worked with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from elite athletes to those new to the fitness world, training males and females in nearly every sport ranging from elementary school to NCAA Divisions I athletes as well as professionals.
Coleman attended Baldwin Wallace and majored in Kinesiology. Coleman holds three certifications: Personal Training and Sports Nutrition, National Personal Training Institute, and CrossFit Training.
