Bryant & Stratton College Unveils New Bobcats Athletics Logo
Mar 2, 2018

Bryant & Stratton College is proud to introduce a new Bobcats athletics logo and branding. The new logo will be adopted by all Bryant & Stratton athletics programs in New York, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin beginning this spring.

The new logo replaces the previous Bobcats marks, which served the athletics department for over 10 years after being chosen from a group of student designs. The new logos, designed by Bryant & Stratton College's partners at BVK in Milwaukee, WI, provide a modern update with a bold, aggressive primary mark and colors that are complemented by dynamic alternative logos, creating an all-encompassing rebrand of the Bobcats athletics program.

Adhering to Bryant & Stratton's rich tradition, with over 160 years of history, was vital throughout the design process. This meant keeping the school's signature blue as the primary color for the new logo design, with a deep, rich navy and white as the primary accents. Lime green was added to the logos to underscore the contemporary look of the logo design.

Creating a dynamic, aggressive logo that captured the energy and confidence of the Bobcats athletics program was a focal point of the design process. The result is a bobcat with its ears pinned back, teeth bared, ready to attack. Combined with a pair of alternative logos that feature a rich, detailed paw with claw marks behind it, the logo set represents the Bobcats athletics attitude.

"This new logo marks an exciting step forward for our growing athletics department," said Bryant & Stratton College Vice President and Chief Enrollment Officer Tracy Nannery. "Not only will the new branding serve as the face of the athletic department, but it will serve as a symbol for Bryant & Stratton College across the country."
